Product Description
The turnover lifting beam smoothly turns large or irregular steel slab within a 0 - 360° range, ensuring uniform stress, preventing deformation, and achieving high-precision positioning. It is designed for the turning needs of steel slab and sheet metal workpieces during cutting, welding, inspection, flanging, and assembly processes.
The turnover lifting device uses a robust, rigid beam integrating adjustable pulley spacing and a synchronous motor drive. A belt or chain load sling lifts the steel slab, enabling smooth and precise rotation from 0° to 360° in the air. This allows operators to easily adjust the steel plate from a flat position to a vertical position or rotate it to another side, greatly improving work efficiency.
