Product Description

A heavy load rotation device is a specialized lifting attachment installed under crane hook. It enables continuous 0° - 360° rotation or fixed angle turning (such as 90°, 180° or 360°) of workpieces during lifting operations. Its core function is to adjust workpieces between different positions to meet process requirements including welding, assembly, inspection and painting.

Load-Bearing Structure: Adopts high strength steel structure and reinforced beam frame to bear workpiece load and dynamic load, and evenly transmit stress to the hoisting system.

Drive System: Adopts servo electric drive to realize stable turning of workpieces.

Load Turning Slings: Made of chains or high strength fiber belts for power transmission and synchronous control.

Control System: Equipped with wireless remote control and intelligent PLC control, which prevents load deviation and swinging during workpiece turning.
