The floor mounted column jib crane is an independently supported lifting equipment, which consists of a column, a rotatable cantilever and a hoisting hoist. The jib is driven to rotate manually or electrically to realize horizontal handling and vertical lifting of materials. The equipment has a simple structure and can rotate 360°. It is widely used in material handling, equipment maintenance and assembly operations in workshops, warehouses, production lines and other scenes.
Main Structure of Floor Mounted Column Jib Crane
● Column base: Fixed to the concrete floor by anchor bolts, bearing the weight of the whole machine and the hoisting load.
● Cantilever structure: Can be an I-beam or box beam structure, providing horizontal rotation working space.
● Rotation mechanism: Supports 90°-360° rotation, manual or electric drive are optional.
● Hoisting system: Equipped with a chain or wire rope hoist, it can realize the lifting, lowering and horizontal movement of heavy objects.
